Last updated: 3 May 2026 · By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using loop, you agree to the following.

1 · your account

You're signing up with the email you entered. One account per person — please don't share access with someone else. We sign you in with a one-time 8-digit code; we never store a password.

2 · subscription

loop is $9.99/month after any redeemed promo code. Cancel anytime from Profile → Subscription. Refunds are case-by-case — email us if something's off.

3 · emails sent on your behalf

When you add a contact who is not yet a loop member, loop sends that person a one-time email from us, signed with your name, briefly explaining how you met and how to reach you. We never spam, sell, or share your contact list, and recipients can opt out from any of those emails.

4 · voice notes & transcripts

Audio you record is sent to our AI provider for transcription only. Transcripts and summaries live on your device and your account. We do not train models on your data.

5 · deleting your account

You can wipe everything from Profile → Danger Zone. That permanently erases your voice notes, contacts, reminders, and chats, and cancels your subscription. The action is immediate and irreversible — we don't keep a "trash" copy.

6 · privacy

Our privacy policy explains exactly what we collect, where it's stored, who else sees it, and how to access or export it. The short version: only what we need to run the product, never sold, deleted with you when you delete your account.

7 · acceptable use

Don't use loop to harass, deceive, or impersonate other people; to scrape contact data en masse; to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; or to do anything illegal in your jurisdiction. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

8 · changes to these terms

We'll post material changes here and notify active users in-app on next launch. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The "last updated" stamp at the top of this page is authoritative.
